*Senior Systems Engineer, Requirement and Configuration Management
Leader*
*Description*: The Requirements and Change Management Leader:
§ Defines the Requirements and change management plans for a project
§ Manages system & product requirements for a project, including and
traceability
§ Manages requirement changes, including conducting cross-function impact
analysis
§ Organizes and participates in project change control board
§ Supports cross function collaboration to define, review & approve
requirements
§ Produces project traceability and coverage reports
§ Manages system /project defect tracking
*Competency and Tool Experience:*
§ Requirements management and/or business analyst experience
§ Good communication skills (English – both written and verbal) to manage
interface between cross-functions
§ Organized and detail-oriented
§ Ability to lead efficient review and approval meetings with
cross-functional attendees (PM, engineering, quality, etc.)
§ Experienced with creating and maintaining traceability between
requirements as well as tests
§ Experience generating project reports detailing traceability and
coverage of requirements
§ Experience with database-driven requirements management tools
(Jama, Requisite
Pro, DOORs, etc.)
§ Experience with Review/Collaboration tools (Code Collaborator, TeamForge,
Box, etc.)
§ Experience with Defect management tools (ClearQuest, TeamForge, Jama)
