But as long as the candidate can demonstrate a deep and solid understanding of the core languages of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript then they can learn any new framework that comes along. Obviously, previous experience with Angular will be helpful, but it is not the primary requirement. Please also note that experience with Accessibility will be important in candidates as well.
