Experience in Business Analysis, Design, Development, Test Strategy, Validation working in Utility CIS systems ? Provide guidance, analyze the solution defined for the business problem with a view to proactively identify risks and possibilities of scope creep ? Knowledge in one or more of core customer service related functions such as account management, billing, revenue recovery, metering, field services operations, customer care and self-service ? Knowledge in one or more databases such as DB2, Oracle, MS SQL etc. ? Good in Analytical and Communication/Articulation skills ? Coordinate in SIT/ UAT execution, defect management, comprehensiveness of test cases, functional coverage, liaison with business, development and testing team ?
