work experience or strong knowledge of continuous integration and

Puppet and Jenkins experience at expert skill level.
experience with Linux/Unix Administration.
software configuration management.
continuous build automation - Jenkins, Hudson.
working with a maven, artifact repository - Sonotype, Artifactory
maven, ant and shell scripting and some other scripting language such as
perl or python.
Skills required:
