12+ month contract



*Mandatory Skills: *

•         Documentum 4.5,6.x,7.1,Captiva Capture 7.1,

•         Documentum Administrator 6.x,7.1,

•         WebTop 6.x,Content server ,

•         DQL and DFC-API,

•         InputAccel client modules,

•         Java, JSP ,

•         Remedy ticketing tools ,

•         PL/SQL



*Roles and Responsibilities*

•         Resolving production support tickets, enhancement request and
service requests related to Documentum and Captiva InputAccel modules

•         Server management : Documentum Content server 4.5 , 6.5 and 7.1
on Windows & AIX server , Captiva Capture 7.1

•         Job Management : Documentum Custom jobs monitoring,
troubleshooting issues occurred and code changes

•         Captiva Modules installation at various work location and provide
training to users for using them

•         Captiva failed batches troubleshooting, error resolving and code
changes

•         Monitor, troubleshoot, performance tuning, performing upgrades,
installations, disaster recovery efforts

•         Vendor software upgrades, occasional weekend and evening work

•         Creating and maintaining system documentation, end-user support,
generating system reports and maintaining existing monitoring & reporting
tools.

•         Co-ordinate with customers for new requirements or enhancements,
prepare SoW , attend ERB meeting and design the system for the new
enhancements or requirements

•         Bi-weekly meeting with Business users to understand priority
issues and resolve them

•         Co-ordination with other application teams like SAP, iWay ,
Windows support team, AIX support team and Database team for scheduled
releases or testing new changes

•         Co-ordination with Desktop support team for installation and
troubleshoot issues of new softwares

•         Testing new software, OS and Browser compatibility for Documentum
administrator ,Webtop and Custom application

•         Data extraction, monthly reports, update , insert , SQL script
issues for various databases
