• Responsible for driving and tracking quality for large strategic program
and measuring results by monitoring quality metrics.
• Own the development of robust quality feedback loops through training,
analytics, and process to drive continuous improvement.
• Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and interface with IT,
business and product teams to define and establish quality standards and
processes.
• Drive automation solutions for manual processes.
• Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, identify trends, develop
solutions and prioritize opportunities for overall process improvements.
• Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and
senior management.
• Provide meaningful and valuable write ups and program reports.

*Qualifications*
• 10+ years experience in Quality Management.
• 5+ years in quality project/program management is required.
• 3+ years of experience leading project delivery for large, cross
functional projects in an agile development model.
• Experience developing operational process and technologies to drive
quality.
• Demonstrated ability to build quantitative reporting and dashboards for
problem solving
• Embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor and effectively manage
sensitive issues.
• have high energy, fantastic communication skills and huge amounts of
drive.
• You will be comfortable with high volume workload and not be afraid to
“roll up your sleeves”.
• You will have a strong solutions focus and be comfortable working in an
environment which demands strong deliverables.
