Hi!

I have noticed that at least with kernel versions 7.2.0.4 and 7.3.0.15 
there is a rather annoying bug:

If you create a table and alter it afterwards via 'ALTER TABLE', 
sometimes your database kernel will crash if you use a DELETE on certain 
rows.
Once the bug occured it's reproducable. You don't have a chance to 
DELETE the row, except for DROP the entire table.

I have included my latest related files for further investigation.
