Hi there, I have to say some words to this point.
At first, there is a problem when you want to bind SAPDB tables to an Access database (ODBC call failed / "Schutzverletzung"...) when you use the ODBC driver version 7.3.xx.yy. This is discussed in this list some days ago. The guys from SAPDB know that and they are working on that problem. You can use the LiveCache driver (7.2) to link SAPDB tables into an Access database. Another thing is Access 2k. There is a problem when using it with linked tables that have thousands of rows. This is a bug in Access 2k not in SAPDB due to that appears also with other databases like SQL Server, MSDE and Sybase. I think this is a prob in ODBC 3.0 which is implemented in Access 2k. We use Access 97 to work with linked tables (ok. ok., I know this is not the final solution at all). Yours, Tilmann Starke SOFTWORK GmbH Help to prevent global warming by writing cool software.
