see http://sapdb.2scale.net/moin.cgi/JdbcTrace, but use extendedTrace instead of trace. The traces I received so far haven't helped as much as I hoped because the text still doesn't contain the root cause. It would be helpful if those running into this problem could use the sources and add additional traces at the point indicated by the backtrace in the 'extendedTrace'.
