funny, I got an error message after the 8th connect.
ERR -11601 COMMUNIC sql03_connect: too many sessions (8 allowed)
(i386, SuSE Linux 7.2, sap db 7.3.0.18, ODBC with C)

But I am also wondering about that, because I want to connect from my cluster
of apaches, and that means I have some 100 processes which want to connect
with the same user.

regards,

Axel
