No, it's fixed with the repman patch delivered last Friday. The
one for Linux can be found under
ftp://ftp.sap.com/pub/sapdb/bin/patch/sapdb-lserversrv-linux-32bit-i386-7.3.

But your error results from an incompatibility of 2 tools.

Ok, here's the reason for your problems. You can't use XLOAD
from Adabas D to tableextract the data and load the data with
Replication Manager from SAP DB by executing tableload. The tools
are not compatible.
The only way to transfer the data using XLOAD and Replication 
Manager is to
 1. Extract the data with XLOAD by executing the 'dataextract for
    dataload' command for every single table; 
    this command creates dataload commands
 2. Load the data with Replication Manager by using the created
    dataload commands; there are some minor differences in the
    command syntax we'll find quite fast (I'm sure)
