Hi again, thnaks for the hints regarding the described problem. The solution was quite simple: After having done an upgrade to Kernel 7.3.0, the write-permission of the file /opt/sapdb/depend/wrk/Registry.dcom was removed for the DB-User. Maybe it's a feature of the upgrading RPM. After I changed the permission back to read/write everything worked as before.
