Recently I discover that it is possible to delete records from some
system tables that stores information about tables, columns etc.
The way I discover that is with a utility that empties database tables.
It is a universal tool, and so it don't know about system tables.
This is the list of the tables for which the db allow to delete records.
There are at least one table that the system must not allow to empty
SYSODBCTYPES.
I don't know what each table are used for, and I can't find anything in
the docs, but I suspect the problem exists with other tables, for instance
DBPARAMSINFO, so I include the entire list.
