Nope, no idea. Databases may only be created with names that
are case insensitive. The name can't be the reason therefore.
Sure that client and database (or client and repman server) run
on the same server? Sure that db is warm? Sorry for this kind
of questions but normally the db is really not started if this
message is reported.
