At first: For a local installation (DBMGui and server at
the same host) you do not need the operating system user
and a host name.
For a remote installation on a NT server the operating system
user needs administrative rights (to create/delete/start/stop
services) and a special right "log on as batch job".
- Start the NT User Manager
Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tool (Common)-> User Manager
- Start the User Rights dialog
Policies -> User Rights
- Activate the checkbox "Show Advanced User Rights"
- Select entry "log on as a batch job"
- Add a user with the button "Add"
