SapDb and Tivoli Storage Manager

I m trying to backup  my sapdb (database magager ver. 7.3.0.15) with adsm utility and Tivoli storage manager. I have defined my backup media in this way: name:adsm_totdevice:pipe location:\\.\pipe\xx backup type:complete I receive this error message: backup operation was unsuccessful [backup_save "adsm_tot" DATA RECOVERY]; The backup tool failed with 1 as sum of exit codes.
