ODBC error

I am using Windows NT server OS with SP6. After installation ODBC driver 7.03.00.00 I received error message in SQL Studio: This application use CTL3D32.DLL, which is not correct version. This version of CTL3D32.DLL is designed only for Win23s or Windows 95 systems.   What is wrong? Best regards, Alexander.
