Is this potentially an ODBC bug?

I have attached a trace of a single stored procedure call, where
SQLExecute() returns a SQL_ERROR (-1).  SQLGetDiagRec() does not return
any errors and the results of the stored procedure call are as expected
if no SQL error was thrown.

I figure that SAP DB would not have logged an error, but I thought I
would give someone who can really read a trace the opportunity to look.

So if this is something odd with the ODBC driver, can anyone offer tips
on how to track that problem down?
