SAPDB & Visual Foxpro & Smalltalk

Hi:   I finally received my SAPDB cd - thanks SAP!  I intend on playing with the database using Visual Foxpro 7 and maybe later Smalltalk (either VW, Dolphin, Squeak, MT).  Is the ODBC connection easily used from these development environments?   Mike
