I am in the process of trying to install DBMGUI 7.2. I am working on a KW5.1 installation, SAPDB is the contentserver. I have installed SAPDB on Windows NT 4.0 SP6. When I try to register the database (SDB) using the Database Manager, I get the following error:
Database Error Code Description SDB -4 Error starting cserver At the point, the database shows up on the Database Manager Gui, but I can not connect to the database to do normal maintenance. What windows services, log files, and/or parameter files can I check to find the root cause of you problem? I have search the list server, but nothing shows up that is relevant to this problem.
