On the command line execute the DBMServer command 
"util_execute init config" with dbmcli before the 
restore.

In the DBMGui use the "Install ..." wizard with same 
datbase name and same users and select restore in the
"Installation mode" step. After installation continue 
with the normal restore dialog.
