If you created your databases with the create_demo_db-script or something similar, you will find in that script the step "util_execute init config". Execute the content of that script up to and including the "util_execute init config" step. And start the recovery immediately after that. If you created your db with DBMGUI, install the database with the same name as before, but choose "Restore" instead of "Install" when asked for in the step "Installation mode". Start the recovery immediately after that.
