exactly. You could run the program in your system  or via RFC,
but as you wrote you need a valid user and password with very
high permissions (developer, transport,...). With this permissions,
you can manipulate everything in your system, so the administrator
will only give this permissions to proper people.

Such a "virus" you can programm in every language, in every 
system...

As far as i looked at the code there are no implementions to spread
the virus via RFC to other connected SAP-Systems...

I think its just bullshit.
