At the time you reported that problem to the list someone else had problems
with it too. I thought you had tried what I suggested and could solve your
problem. Ok, seems you have not.

Last mail about that was as follows. If you get something like (substitute
_OPTSAPD with the name of your service db):

>       dbmcli -d _OPTSAPD -u service,service db_drop
>       Error! Connection failed to node (local) for database 
> _OPTSAPD: ERR_USRREAD: could not read user data

Check that your sapdb user can access the parameter file
(<IndependentDataPath>/config/_OPTSAPD), the user profile container
(<IndependedDataPath>/config/_OPTSAPD.upc) and the run directory
(<DependentDataPath>/wrk/_OPTSAPD/) of your service database. And report
your findings.
