Hello
The bug in ResultSet.moveToInsertRow() that produces an endless loop and
it is supposed to be solved, is not solved in JDBC 7.3.0.21 or 7.3.0.23a.
The ResultSet.deleteRow() in 7.3.0.23a does nothing and don't throw any
error.
