Dear SAP,
I know that if I use SAP DB with R/3 system running on it, SAP offers
(requires) a technical support for the SAP DB.
Is there a technical support (7 * 24 h, telephone) also available for
the SAP DB. We are thinking of using SAPDB for a 7*24h application in
the web. Because all the users are call centers (7*24h availability)
also the application and the database should be available also.
Technically SAP DB seems to be capable for the 7*24h operation. The
mailing list is Ok, but we can not be sure to get an immediate support
in error case.
