I wrote to the mail list that I had implemented part of javax.sql.* package concerning connection pooling for my internal purposes but nobody became interested in it . I can post it to you and, maybe, you'll inspect the code and include it in alpha distribution. I can't make it public separately because it's necessary to do some changes in core driver classes.
