Sounds great. I wanted to create our instance(s) on raw-devices, but I read
a lot about disadvantages about raw-devices in this mailing-list. I don't
remember them (it's been a long time ago). So you are satisfied with
raw-devices? Can a raw-device be as big as it wants to be (we're using Linux
here and the normal file-ops used by SAP DB have the 2Gig-limit)?

Yeah! Actually I'm relaxed and happy, too (about 70% of our data is back in
our instance).

Have a nice day!
