One further information to this: I've just tried to do a load_systab.
This results in this:

/opt/sapdb/indep_prog/bin/dbmcli on userv>load_systab

Some SQL error has occured

Also when I try to drop the table, NOW i get a
-24988,ERR_SQL: sql error
-7500,DCOM HRESULT:q
