I just received my free SAP DB and installed the server and GUI DBA tool on a Windows 2000 server. When I create a database instance the create process hangs on the "load systems tables" step in the process.
I get a GREEN check mark for start instance, initialize configuration, and Activate instance, but it hangs on load systems tables. What can I do ?
