Now that I've got gcc 3.2 built, and sizeof(bool) == 1, do we still need to
put those patches on to SAPDB_Types.h? I thought going to gcc 3.2 was
supposed to avoid the need for that. In any case, I didn't put that diff
back on, and I'm still seeing these errors (ven041.c and ven042.c in this
case):
