Wolfgang Rosenauer seems to have found a pretty simple workaround to the
problem with "bool" being defined by both ncurses.h and SAPDB_Types.h -
1. delete the first line in curses.h containing "#undef bool".
I simply copied curses.h to sapdb-7.4/usr/incl and made the change
there.
