Hello Markus

Thank you very much for the *very* quick response! This is indeed, great
service.
Congratulations.

However, (gladly I must admit) I found my error (I inadvertently sent my
last message to the sap-admin mail address! oops)

I changed the line from

> > oConMan.driver = "SAP DB DRIVER"

to

> > oConMan.driver = "SAP DB 7.3"

and also made the connection.cls "multi-use" and it connected successfully.

I did copy sqlod32.dll, sqlsp32.dll and wapi.dll into my project directory
(the rest are in d:\winnt\system32)

Anyway, it works fine now - the thing that pointed me in the right direction
was some posts about the ODBC driver on the web searchable list archives. I
checked my ODBC Data Sources in Control Panel (I'm doing this on WinNT 4.0
SP6a with VB 6 Enterprise) and my System DSN is called "sapdb" but the
driver name is "SAP DB 7.3" - I thought, "oh well, I'll give this a go" and
it worked!

Thanks very much for your message - I really appreciate it.

Keep up the great work.

Kind Regards

Brad
