Please check if the log is full.
We have had many customers not using AUTOSAVE LOG who
came into trouble if they did too many changes (which have to be logged)
without saving their log implicitly or explicitly.
How many transactions are used for your export from SQL server
and (I think) import (how did you do this / which tool/mechanism did you use?)
into SAP DB?
