No, that is not possible

If you think of a transaction-secure method to store files outside
and store the 'catalog' for these files inside the database, you will have
no chance.

'Replication' is a word which is often used with different meanings.
Did you check our tool Replication Manager for your purposes?
And did you check our archive for other chances to replicate database content?
