I have installed the SAPDB software on a windows 2000 box
(512MB RAM, UltraSCSI subsystem w 3 disks, dual athlon
processors) and when i run the database wizard, the installation
fails in the 3rd phase, activation with a -24988 error (utl_activate),
followed by a -7006, message not available.

The docs say -24988 is a sql error that occurs when a command is
issued to the kernel.

I tried looking for a utl_activate sql script, but didn't find anything.
Does anyone have an idea what goes wrong? Is there an
installation log that would have more info?
