Missing tables.

I've just recently managed to download and install the SAP db in windows.
Installation is fine and the creation of the db is ok. But now I have some questions.
a) I created the db with the admin and the user, but using the dbmanager client, I
can't seem to login using the user I created. I can only login using the admin username.
Any ideas?
b) After logging in as the admin user and creating a table in the database, I can't seem to find
the table I created. It's there because I can't create a duplicate table, but I can't see it in SQL studio.
Any help would be appreciated.
