bad news for you: rc = 1117 reported is the Win32 error code 1117
'The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.'
In this case i would say your hardware is damaged (if i believe your operating system).
A restore of a DATABASE BACKUP onto a healthy disk is your way to recover.
