SQL Studio - Catalog View

I'm a new user of SAP DB and I'm running into trouble with SQL Studio Catalog View. I've downloaded and installed SAP DB 7.3.00 for windows NT/2000 and I'm running it on Win XP. I can connect with SQL studio to my test database however I get an error message from Catalog Manager saying "SQL Studio does not support the catalog view when connected to databases prior to 7.3.0". Database Manager tells me that the version of my test database is 7.3.0.25. In SQL Studio I can use SQL dialog to create and query tables but the Catalog Manager menu, Visual Query and Form Dialog don't seem to be working properly. Any Idea's as to what could be wrong? It would be nice to have a visual representation of my tables and relationships.
