I just upgraded from 7.3.0.25 to 7.3.0.29 and tried to recreate my database from scratch.
Kept finding the process die at util_activate SYSDBA,mypass with -7006 error. Oh hey, SYSDBA is a reserved identifier now? However I can create a user called sysdba through dbmgui. Is this new restriction in release notes somewhere? I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what this didn't work. The "syntax error" code really threw me off.
