ADO is using OLE in backend. You should make sure you have all components. I believe 
you can download it from microsoft web site.

I install ODBC73-setup, set up the datasource in ODBCManager.  When i run my
program witch use ADO Components i see the message: 'Failed to load resource
DLL C:\PROGRAM FILES\COMMON FILES\SYSTEM\OLE DB\OLEDB32A.DLL'. but i not use
OLE, i use the Msdasql.1 as a provider. What is the reason?
