This indicates that parts of your log device are corrupt.
The following procedure should help you:

- At first do a complete data backup as soon as possible (it may be your only point to 
recover to)

- check your disks and controllers for errors. May be you have unseen errors on your 
data disks too.
- check knldiag and knldiag.err if there are other errors like this
- check the os protocols (w2k = eventlog, unix = syslog)
        => you might exchange the disk(s) and or controller
        => if you do this you have to reinstall the database with your last complete 
data backup.

- if you don't want to change your hardware you can _format_ your log device and 
eliminate the bad log pages
  with "dbmcli -d <dbname> -u <dbmuser,dbmpwd> util_execute clear log"
