If SQLGetInfo is called for a string and the provided buffersize is smaller than the actual string the integer pointed to by the last parameter is filled with the buffersize provided.
According to the ODBC documentation the integer should be filled with the buffersize of the actual string and SQL_SUCCESS_WITH_INFO shall be returned.
