Hello I think it's important to report messages like that to the mailinglist because it is an important information for the developers as well as for others that have the same problem to know that there (really) seems to be a problem.
We did not find a solution/explanation, no. The mistake occured two or three times but is - I guess - not a deterministic failure and thus very difficult to reproduce. G.
