This is a error message from the Visual Basic Runtime. Did you run a multi desktop tool or a remote control tool on your box? We have detect some strange problems with some of these tools. They change possibly the processing of the window messages in a way that can cause errors like this. Currently we have only the recommendation to stop these tools while working with the DBMGui.
