Hello,
there is something going wrong in your installaion. You should open an OSS message 
with component BC-DB-LVC for a detail analyze of this problem. 

In general please use OSS to report problems when using SAP DB together with SAP 
applications. This allows our support staff to keep all the information about the 
incident in one place instead of having to search through the mail archive.
