Hi,

as far as I know there is no reference/manual for the dbproc programming language. A second problem is that the error messages of the compiler are often wrong so you have to guess what's really wrong. I found writing stored procedures for SAPDB very hard and frustrating so I use them only if really necessary (reducing net communication).
Some examples for stored procedures can be found at:

The only entry for stored procedures I know in the official documentation is:

Betreff: Documentation about creating and testing procedures and triggers.

Hey,
is there anywhere who can tell me some sources of documentation about programming and debugging procedures and triggers?
I "scanned" all the available docs but have found nothing.

I used Abadas 11 and 12 where u have the program xpl and a separate documentation about programming internal parts.

Mostly im interested in testing and debugging prcedures and triggers.

I hope there is anyone...
