Backint for Oracle

Hello I am new to SAPDB 7.4.
The following problem: I used Oracle8i and want migrate this database to SAPDB.
I want used the backint for Oracle, but I am not sure how it work correctly.

The First Step was to create a backup medium. I did this with GUI and with the characteristic string back
Than I create the following configuration files:

I used the configuration:

< bsi.env FILE >
BACKINT C:\Programme\sapdb\depend\bin\backint.exe
INPUT C:\SAPDB\TEMP\backint4SAPDB.in
OUTPUT C:\SAPDB\TEMP\backint4SAPDB.out
ERROROUTPUT C:\SAPDB\TEMP\backint4SAPDB.err
TIMEOUT_SUCCESS 600
TIMEOUT_FAILURE 300
PARAMETERFILE C:\Programme\sapdb\indep_data\wrk\DB\backint.par
ORIGINAL_RUNDIRECTORY C:\Programme\sapdb\indep_data\wrk\DB

<backint.par FILE>
STAGING AREA: C:\SAPDB\TEMP\STAGE1 100MB
FILES PER BACKINT CALL: 1
BACKINT: C:\Programme\sapdb\depend\bin\backint.exe
HISTORY FILE: C:\SAPDB\TEMP\BackintHistory
INPUTFILE FOR BACKINT: C:\SAPDB\TEMP\backint4Oracle.in
OUTPUTFILE FOR BACKINT: C:\SAPDB\TEMP\backint4Oracle.out
ERRORFILE FOR BACKINT: C:\SAPDB\TEMP\backint4Oracle.err
MAXIMAL DELAY OF BACKINT CALL: 30

It is necessary to set PARAMETERFILE OF BACKINT ?

If I try in the Database Manager (GUI) to start the backup. I get a fault:

Error Code: 24920
backup operation was unsuccessful [backup_save "back2" DATA RECOVERY]; The backup tool failed with 2 as sum of exit codes.

Is there any other file to configure or can someone tell my want can I do for successful backup or is there an other way to migrate a Oracle database in sapdb

Best regards and thanks,
Michael
