I'm able to create the TST database by running the script
create_demo_db.sh.
I made a copy of this script and changed the SID to "VR_Viewer"
# name of the database
SID=VR_Viewer
When I run the script, I get the following errors:
create database VR_Viewer...
set parameters for VR_Viewer...
start VR_Viewer...
start VR_Viewer failed: Error! Connection failed to node (local) for
database VR_Viewer: protocol error
Is the TST database a special database? I would have thought I could
create another database just like TST by changing just the SID in the
script.
