OK, I just checked that on a "fresh PC". I wasn't allowed to run recover_config before recover_start because of the corrupted backup file. Limitations are that you have to set MAXDATAPAGES and MAXDATADEVSPACES previously high enough, to be able to add further data devspaces without a need for a restart.
